Kiran is the co-founder of Neotechnome Accounting. Prior to founding the company in 2023, Kiran has held various positions in Business Development, Finance and Strategy in several multinational companies like Cisco, Webex and Moxtra. He has managed P&Ls and grown businesses ranging from $5 to $100M in revenues. He has a MS in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University in New York and a BA in Economics from Middlebury College, VT. Kiran role includes devising strategy and plans for the growth of Neotechnome’s business.
Gopi Ganesh is a key member of our accounting team with nearly 25 years of experience in Indian and US accounting. He holds a graduate degree in Commerce and specializes in handling accounting for small to mid-size businesses across various sectors, including Trading, IT, Services, and Retail. His strengths lie in his keen attention to detail, commitment to best accounting practices, and emphasis on accurate financial representation. He is proficient in year-end accounts, reconciliations, general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Additionally, he leads a team of accountants responsible for monthly client accounting tasks.
Arul Kumar, holds a Graduate degree in Commerce and brings over 21 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Payroll and Labour Compliance, Arul has a comprehensive experience in implementing systems for preparation, maintenance & finalization of statutory books of accounts. His key areas of work are Book –keeping, maintenance of Day to Day Accounting, Various management reporting, Accounts Receivable, Payables, Bank Reconciliation and financial analysis, which enables him to serve clients on timely and qualitatively.
He has good experience of handling and managing of Junior accounting resources in putting process and delivering of reports like Receivable, payable and monthly MIS.
Nagashetty, a dedicated member of our clients' delivery team, holds a Graduate degree in Commerce and brings over 14 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Compliance. His professional journey includes significant experience working in financial accounting in both domestic and MNC corporations. His proficiency in handling accounting for small to mid-size extends to a range of various sectors, including Information Technology (IT), Service, and Education. In his role, he thoroughly oversees our clients' accounting activities, ensuring their financial well-being and complete satisfaction.
Rewati Datar is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping and auditing. Her work experience includes – Conducting audit for firms in a diverse set of industries, Regulatory and Income tax filings for Companies including Transfer Pricing. She currently is principal partner at auditing and taxation firm Rewati Datar and Co. Prior to her current firm, she was partner at several CPA firms conducting Statutory, Tax and Internal audits for the small to mid-size businesses. Rewati started her career at KPMG in the Assurance and Tax Practice in Bangalore, India in the late 1990s. She was later seconded to KPMG Chicago where she supervised and conducted statutory audits for clients in the software vertical under US GAAP.
